With their eye-catching yellow storefront on Cuba Street and a factory in Petone, Abstract Design is a Wellington icon. Founded in 1992 by Chris and Jane Baxter, the local business has had a shop on Cuba Street for 27 years.

Entirely New Zealand made, Abstract Design’s laser cut products are inspired by all things Aotearoa. The pieces are made from locally and sustainably sourced MDF.
