Lord of the Rings Pouch - Large

These unique Pouches are hand crafted by the Stansborough Team, as were made from the original textiles, used by the incredible costume designers of these LOTR and Hobbit trilogies and many other NZ movies.

The exclusive yarns used, come from the fleece of the original Grey sheep which still roam the hills of Stansborough Farm and are the only ones of their kind in the world. These lustrous, natural grey fleeces date back to the Vikings and are scoured, spun and woven into the history of many blockbuster silver screen productions made in New Zealand.  Our unique pieces, continue to be produced by the same team, using the same sustainable and traditional processes and woven on the same historic looms as the original collections right here in Wellington NZ. These authentic pieces are therefore not available anywhere else in the world.
