Mini Little Blue Penguin Soft Toy and Finger Puppet

The Mini Little Blue Penguin Soft Toy and Finger Puppet is an adorably tiny plush version of the world’s smallest penguin, the little blue penguin or kororā.

Although their conservation status is At Risk – Declining, little blue penguins are reasonably common in Wellington Harbour. The birds caused quite a stir when they had to be removed by police from a Wellington sushi stand in 2019!

This children's toy includes all of the bird's iconic features such as its blue colouring, pink feet and paddle-like flippers. It makes a lovely gift for tamariki.
